Through their Corporate Sales operations, they provide repossession services to major High Street lenders and their legal service operation organises conveyancing electronically through their ‘BUZZ' call centre on referral from the estate agency branches.
The company has ambitious growth plans and is looking to appoint a high calibre and ambitious sales and marketing professional to work with the current senior management team in a creative role to help drive the business into the next phase and to help to realise the company's growth and revenue potential.
As Group Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will be working alongside the Business Development Director in developing marketing strategies and generally building the brands across the four sectors (Financial Services, Professional Services, Estate Agency and Group Services) of the company.
You will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating all of the marketing material for the group as well as driving the brands forward. You will also have responsibility for running all campaigns from conception to completion including post-event evaluation and analysis.
You will manage the marketing team including e-commerce and marketing coordinators. You will be able to motivate and attend to all PR, press and marketing issues that arise and are required.
Skills and previous experience:
• You will need extensive marketing experience and be highly competent in direct marketing, online and offline brand management, advertising, radio, magazine production/editing and budgeting.
• You will need to be as comfortable with e-commerce and communications as you are with traditional research, analysis and the 4 P's.
• You will need to be highly skilled in creating strong relationships and utilising external agencies such as media buying and design agencies and be able to deliver effective marketing programmes.
• You will also need to demonstrate an understanding of the company and how it operates .
• You will need to be extremely organised and have good attention to detail as well as be an effective business manager capable of understanding the needs of the group.
• You will need to be comfortable with leading and managing a wide range of marketing activities in a busy environment.
• Finally, you will need to be passionate and want to make a difference.
