Based in a state-of-the-art, fully accredited facility just outside Chester they have grown to become a leading manufacturer of nutritious, tasty products, perfect for today's healthy, organic lifestyles.
They are currently looking for a Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive for its growth beverage business. The marketing executive will support the managing director in the execution of successful new product launches and seeing them through to reach the brands sales objectives. Most importantly you need to be a self starter with the ability and desire to pitch in and sell when required, for the right person there is the opportunity to progress within the company to a role of Sales and Marketing Director.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform market analysis and interpretation of trends for the different growing beverage markets.
-Use this knowledge to come up with new product development ideas within the company's sales revenue criteria.
- Execute the launch of new products via ATL BTL strategies.
-Support the Sales Director in the implementation of tactical plans for existing brands/products.
- Support the Sales Director in the implementation of marketing projects with its customers and partners.
- Be the retail trends expert in the company.
Skills and requirements:
-Bachelor's degree required, major in marketing or related subject preferred but not essential.
- Strong analysis skills.
- Excellent consumer marketing knowledge/experience.
- Creative.
- Good business acumen.
- Ability to work with little guidance.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and achieve.
