We are looking for an experienced Account Director with a ‘Heavyweight Consumer Brand Background’ to be based in a leading Cambridge agency.
Note: You will need a number of years agency side experience for this one.
Business is booming within this multi-disciplinary agency and recent new account wins mean the team needs to expand. Our client is looking to fill this newly created role urgently.
Guiding the client and the team with an eye on the bigger picture is important, as too is the ability to see where the PR department fits into a multi-disciplinary agency. Our client works on a range of top consumer brands so you’ll need experience with some big brand accounts. This maybe that ‘out of London agency’ passport you’ve been waiting for.
As an, already well seasoned, Account Director the following will come as standard.
Great communicative skills.
Good media relations and writing skills.
Superb Client Handling/facing skills.
A creative awareness.
An eye for detail.
Good team motivational and people management skills.
A motivational hands-on approach.
All these are key, as is a results-focused attitude.
