Our client are the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain optimization services and are looking for a campaign manager/marketing manager.
This is an exciting and responsible role and will involve working with the category managers to develop, implement and report on marketing campaigns that support commercial objectives. Day to day responsibilities will involve applying commercial objectives to produce quarterly marketing plans for the category to support. It will be your responsibility to agree the budget, timescales and campaign focus and reporting requirements. There will also be a requirement to implement the campaign through internal departments, processes and external suppliers. This will involve co-ordinating copy requirements with the business managers/vendor and to agree the product offer and stock requirements with the business managers. On the administrative side of the role there will be a requirement to update project budgets and report on statistics for each activity.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in marketing communications preferably from an IT distributor/reseller environment. A post graduate diploma in marketing/CIM qualification would also be preferred. Strong communication skills are essential in order to be able to manage the marketing campaigns with product managers and vendors. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines are essential.
