Our client is a global player in the IT Services sector: Their services keep people and information connected, from proactive business continuity through reactive disaster recovery to interactive high availability solutions, thereby helping over 10,000 clients worldwide have uninterrupted access to their business-critical information systems.
They have a vacancy for a Marketing Co-ordinator within their Marketing department. The main duties of this role are as follows:
* Customer Endorsements: Work with PR & Communications Manager to develop a library of references that portray the Company solutions and customers in a positive light for media and sales use.
- Populate, manage and maintain the Company's pipeline of same; pro-actively pinpointing with and capturing opportunities supplied by product marketers, sales/account managers, professional services, service delivery, invocations and won business – track pipeline to identify and plug any ‘gaps' in reference portfolio
- Qualify leads to determine progress required – liaise with line manager, PR agency/ copywriting resource to draft case studies and/ or solutions stories – including following through to approval
- Contact all approved referees on a quarterly basis to ensure they are still usable, removing any that are not
- Publish a table on the intranet of all approved, current and usable referees
- Publish all cases and references on the intranet – and to external website if approvals permit
* Collateral Management:
- Manage production of all printed collateral for the Company, including printing, stock control, distribution and display to all UK sites/ events. Work with line manager to recommend new collateral and to keep existing material up to date.
- Champion the company brand look and feel by acting as contact and advice point for any other company departments seeking to produce branded materials – including publishing up to date guidance on the intranet
- Working with line manager and approved external suppliers ensure that the Company image library reflects current brand, site and service approach. Achieve this by ensuring stock is representative of current offerings and by removal of inappropriate or out of date images and replacement with new materials as appropriate. Publish to the intranet.
* Develop and source a varied selection of branded premium items and maintain a store of same.
* PR and Communications Support, liaison with line manager and PR agency
- Directories & Editorial Listings and Awards – create annual schedules of activity to ensure due representation and submissions
- Disseminate coverage to UK locations and publish to intranet as required
* Advise Direct Marketing Manager of above for campaign tracking.
* Manage compliance of the Marketing Department budget via liaising with internal accounts and outside suppliers.
* Provide support, as required, for activities undertaken by other Department members.
The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

In addition you must:
* Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Be educated to A level standard or equivalent
* CIM diploma or equivalent
