My client, global manufacturers based in the South West are currently seeking to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor to manage the day to day HSE services on site.
You will be expected to carry out;
Accident incident investigation
Employee inductions
Accident reports and database logging of all accidents and incidents
Database logging of procedures
Procedural changes
Monthly Performance statistics preparation
Meetings offering advice to line managers
You will posses the ability to train, coach and develop and be able to persuade people to come round to your way of thinking. A NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) is essential, together with experience of project management, and excellent verbal, written and pc skills. You will have previously a held a Health & Safety role within manufacturing and have experience of COSHH assessments including high-risk substances.
