A leading Global $Billion Manufacturer are currently seeking FMCG Production Team Leaders to drive the Day to day management of production activities throughout the manufacturing department ensuring schedules and targets are met and causes of down time are identified and reduced. Forming part of a cohesive management team you will ensure that all batch manufacturing records are completed in accordance with cGMP standards as well as ensuring that all team members adhere to SOP's and health and safety rules and regulations. You will also be required to co-ordinate and undertake on-the-job tuition of inexperienced members of staff, monitor attendance and carry out annual reviews.
The successful candidate will be a confident and driven man manager with the ability to 'think outside of the box'. You will currently be in a similar role within the FMCG, Electronics, or Pharmaceutical sector and possess a sound understanding of OEE and Lean Manufacturing techniques. A HND or Degree in a Science, Manufacturing or a related discipline would be deemed advantageous.
