It now requires two a Production Support Manager who will assist the Production Manager in ensuring that the day to day issues of staff training, team leader development, project completion, hygiene and CI initiatives are followed through.
Of degree calibre you will have experience of pioneering lean techniques, OEE and driving cultural change to maximise production efficiencies and bottom line results. Enthusiastic and committed to developing your staff, you will currently be seeking a new challenge that will bring considerable recognition and reward for your effort.
