Our client, a major player within the FMCG chilled food sector with an exceptional reputation are currently looking for a shift section manager. Reporting in to the production manager you will be ambitious to move the company forward by developing people and processes. You will be experienced in food manufacturing and preferably have some knowledge and experience of implementing CI projects.
You will be required to manage a team of up to 30 staff ensureing KPIs and business objectives are met, Health and Safety and food safety standards are adhered to throughout the process as well as implementing and reviewing continuous improvement initiatives.
