A leading chilled Food Manufacturer are currently seeking a Product Implementation Manager to join their Development team and be accountable for project-managing the successful launch of approved product concepts into production, including initial pilot trials, shelf-life and transit trials, nutritional testing and data capture, packaging and materials co-ordination, HARA and HACCP, artwork and packaging procedures, pre-production trials and launch timetable
Responsibilities include:
Contribute to the development and delivery of the site vision, strategy and goals, and to the success and profitability of the Business Unit.
Manage the end-to end launch process seamlessly to support the development of innovative and market-leading products that delight our customers and contribute significant profit.
Liaise very closely with the Innovations, Technical and Operations teams to deliver consistently successful product launches.
Support the Commercial account manager by building influential relationships with key customer contacts to support, influence and guide customer agenda.
Build influential internal relationships with colleagues across functions.
Feed into the evaluation of NPD activity against measurable success criteria (e.g. Successful launch, profit margin delivered, volume growth, spin-off additional business) and implement improvement measures.
You will ideally be a graduate within a Food related subject and have sound working knowledge of project management tools and techniques, plus an understanding of the product range, technologies and processes.
