Palgrave Brown (UK) Ltd is a rapidly expanding, successful, £60 million turnover group. With national coverage, we are the largest manufacturer of trussed rafters in the UK, and we also service the construction industry in the manufacture of I Beams, MDF mouldings, staircases and high performance joinery products. We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic, and results driven individual, who will use his/her personal drive to help us achieve our demanding targets this year for our High Performance Door factory in Castleford. Turnover for the site this year is expected to increase from £2m to £4.5m. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain customer confidence by providing the highest level of service at all levels, from generation of enquiry through to delivery of the product and managing the after-care service. As well as being a methodical, organised and structured administrator, the successful candidate will be able to lead and develop a team responsible for • Estimating and sales order processing • Customer service • Delivery Experience in a construction-based industry would be a distinct advantage, as will internal sales experience, but these are not essential.
