Contract Manager / Contracts Manager / Facility Manager
With over 100 years' experience and 7000 staff in 40 locations, our client is one of the UK's leading employers. From their nationwide network of plants they provide the highest quality workwear rental and linen hire, washroom products and healthcare services. They currently seek a Contract Manager to join the team in Leeds and the surrounding area.
As Contract Manager you are the first line of contact with the customer and are responsible for ensuring your team provide an efficient linen service at each of the customer's premises in the city centre and outlying districts. A key member of the Laundry Management Team you will provide the essential interface to ensure customer needs are met and problems resolved.
You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of your team ensuring they meet the KPIs you have set in line with the customer's contract.
You will be able to demonstrate strong people management and problem solving skills as well as achievement of targets. Previous experience in a Public Sector or Customer Service organisation would be advantageous for this role but it is your determination to succeed combined with a ‘can do' attitude that will get you this job.
