Our Client produces fresh and prepared vegetables for major supermarket chains. They have 3 sites within the Wakefield area. They are now looking for a Technical Manager to further improve and maintain their procedures and quality control.
Working across the 3 sites the primary objective of this role will be to ensure that the newest facility achieves and surpasses the BRC standards. The role will also involve ensuring that the other sites (already BRC standards accredited) maintain these high levels. You will work closely with our Production Managers to ensure the stringent quality targets are met.
Suitable candidates will have experience of BRC protocols, HACCP and perhaps a basic knowledge of Assured Produce. You will have the ability to interact with our customers and suppliers, and posses competent computer skills.
In return you will receive a salary of between £22,000 - £30,000 dependent on your experience.
