Due to sustained growth and successful Lean Manufacturing initiatives, our client, a $2b turnover global company, is recruiting for shop-floor supervisors within the assembly/manufacturing functions. If you believe your can do attitude, ambition and ability, plus your natural flair for leading and managing shop-floor staff is not currently recognised, then we would like to hear from you.
On a day to day basis, in a high quality, heavy engineering environment, you will be given responsibility for:
* Staffing
* Work package allocation
* Achieving team productivity targets/KPIs
* Performance management
* Cross departmental liaison
Opportunities for progression and training will be available for those who demonstrate their potential.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience of assembly or manufacturing environments within a supervisory position or will be degree/HND educated in a relevant discipline and with relevant manufacturing experience.
