Production Manager
£competitive + bonus + BUPA + pension
Wakefield
This is a key hands-on role requiring the successful applicant to apply their previous production management experience to achieve the very highest levels of productivity and quality. Good communication skills and the ability to professionally plan production flows are essential.
You will be self-motivated and innovative in approach, capable of working within a proactive management team and have the highest standards of Health and Safety. You will be enthusiastic and keen to achieve targets by using your existing skills to motivate and develop your team to maximise productivity.
Flexibility in working patterns will be required.
