Our Client, a global provider to the Oil & Gas industry is looking to recruit a number of Draughts people for their new site in Surrey - (inside M25) to start in September.
They are looking for competent and experienced draughts-people, well versed in the use of AutoCAD.
Candidates with a background in a different discipline (such as building / civil etc) who would be interested in converting to the Oil & Gas industry will also be considered for these positions.
You will be working within a team of designers, applying draughting techniques to assignments using company standards and codes.
Candidate Profile -
Be proficient in creating technical drawings, detailing, layouts and sketches using AutoCAD 2D software (3D experience would be beneficial but not essential).
Have knowledge and experience of standard Windows applications and other graphics packages would also be beneficial.
A thorough understanding of technical drawing is essential with extensive experience in the preparation of technical drawing/sketch packages
Have a formal relevant academic qualification.
Specific industry experience and disciplines qualification are not essential, but would be an advantage.
