Our client, a leading supplier to the world's most advanced manufacturing industries requires and experienced Technical Author to re write their manufacturing process manuals for their main stream high volume products.
Working within Assembly, re-manufacture and Service department you will be taking pictures throughout all stages of the assembly process with a digital camera and then putt together assembly / remanufacture instructions consisting of more pictures and less written text.
The purpose of this project is to ensure that translation and misunderstanding through language issues is avoided during training and to enhance globally the understanding of the products and re-manufacturing process.
The purpose of the instruction manual is that anyone can assemble / re-manufacture the products using just the pictures.
You will be an experienced Technical Author ideally with a Manufacturing / production background and who understand the importance of the manufacturing process and quality standards.
