The world's leading supplier of Thermal Analysis and Rheology Instrumentation has an exciting opportunity for a European Service Coordinator based in the UK.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and communication of service metrics required to manage the European Service operations including, but not limited to, revenue analysis, field efficiency, and service contract market share.
You will also be Responsible for growing the European service revenue at double-digit rates, providing critical input to management and providing support to Europe on service inventory issues for both field and warehouse inventory.
You will take charge of managing the UK service shop, managing all on-going Service training programs for Europe, Provide critical, timely input on Quality issues as a result of customer and field service support activities.
The successful candidates will have a technical degree or similar, have excellent written and oral communication skills and have the ability to interact with a variety of personalities and cultures.
You will also have the ability to organize and prioritize work activities and to handle multiple projects simultaneously at the same time as managing and being responsible for a service revenue target.
You should also have experience of operating on a strategic level.
