The Senior Manufacturing Engineer manages a team of Manufacturing Engineers providing, maintaining and continuously improving manufacturing methods, equipment and tooling in line with cell operational goals for cost delivery and quality.
Day to day activities include managing the cell Manufacturing Engineers workload and leading larger project based activities, which involve significant capital expenditure and co-ordination of multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates should have a relevant Engineering degree and be able to demonstrate a successful track record as a Manufacturing Engineer in a CNC machining or mechanical assembly environment that has included managing a team of Engineers.
