Customer Care Advisor, fluent in German, is required to join my client based in West Sussex. This will be a 6 month fixed contract.
My Client are a leading supplier of vacuum equipment and related products and services to the world's most advanced industries.
Role:
Responsible for providing a quick and efficient front-line response to major customers, distributors and others worldwide.
Support requests, technical enquiries, price quotations, process and progress orders
Fluent in both verbal and written German and English to native standard
Background experience in a sales or service orientated environment is vital
Knowledge of office systems (SAP preferred), word/excel and procedures.
