Senior Maintenance Technician, , PLC, High Speed Manufacturing, South East, Surrey, London, to £37k
Immediate requirement for a Senior Maintenance Technician to co-ordinate the daily and future Technical support activities and requirements of a Micro-Cylinders Operations at both Pilot Plant & Full Manufacturing.
The Senior Maintenance Technician key duties/activities are:
To understand all the processes and equipment within Pilot Plant and the Fully Automated Manufacturing Line, in detail and provide quality technical support.
To supervise the technical process support team and closely assist the production process supervisor in achieving business goals.
To assist with the Installation, Commissioning and Validation of the Manufacturing Processes in compliance with GMP, Pharmaceutical & Regulatory requirements.
To ensure all manufacturing processes operate continuously & efficiently to meet the planned client requirements.
The successful candidate will have the capacity to understand & effectively support High speed manufacturing technologies & techniques. Qualified to HND/HNC min. In Electrical Engineering and experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Development Engineering and PLC systems. Have hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical engineering. 5 + years skilled engineering (3 years at supervisory level) within a manufacturing and development environment.
