Our client is an innovative and award winning FMCG chilled/dairy food creator who is tripling their turnover every year. They are now seeking a highly experienced food technologist who will develop new products and liaise with their retail clients to ensure the highest quality products.
The role will include:
Developing a new line of products and develop trials and support launches
Providing Food Technical support and information to the team
Enforcing food safety, quality and legal standards across suppliers
Customer complaint investigation, reply and corrective/preventative actions
Raise Quality Standards
Proactively support improvement & initiatives
There is currently a small dynamic team of people and, as the first permanent food technology/NPD professional, you must have excellent experience and ambition to develop the department further and be able to demonstrate a track record of relevant achievement.
