A Japanese global corporation with businesses focused on automotive industries are now seeking 2 Production Supervisors to ensure daily quality and delivery requirements are met. Candidates should possess leadership skills with good communication skills, also having the ability to manage and control people together with a high degree of common sense.
You will be responsible for motivating and leading the team in continuous improvement activities to promote company goals and objectives. Managerial responsibilities of the team include training, development and discipline.
Ideally candidates should have gained experience from a high volume electronics or automotive background
