Production Manager

You’ll be at the hub of our state-of-the art production facility leading and motivating your team in the cost effective manufacture of quality, dairy products.
Production operates 24/7 so besides being able to manage in a high volume, fast –paced environment you should be capable of managing a number of concurrent projects with the ability to think strategically and “see the big picture” while also working towards the achievement of short term production goals. Müller is set to grow so you should be able to demonstrate a capacity to lead change, influence events and build positive relationships not only at senior levels but also at factory level working through your team of Shift Managers.
Ideally from a demanding, large-scale food, pharmaceutical or allied manufacturing operation you will be a proven production manager or someone with the skills and experience to make the move into a lead role. You should be resilient with a capacity to function effectively and think clearly in pressurised and critical situations. A robust sense of humour would be an advantage.
