Lead Technician
Basic c£30k (includes shift allowance) + Benefits
West Midlands
Our client is a first tier supplier to the automotive industry, manufactruing intrumentation systems. They are currently introducing lead free and halogen free products into the production environment, from processes, equipment, material and component qualification, working across 3 shifts on a 5 day week.
They are looking to recruit a Lead Technician with at least 5 years experience in a PCB manufacturing environment and in depth knowledge of Panasonic surface mount placement equipment, including maintenance, repair, programming and calibration to lead and develop a shift of technicians and Setter operators
