Our client is a major leading Tier 1 Global supplier to the automotive industry, with sites throughout Europe and the World.
They have a healthy order book and due to workload demands, require a Customer services Coordinator.
A vacancy has arisen within the customer services department for an administrator, preferably with knowledge of European language.
Duties include:
The position covers all aspects of customer liaison with UK and Export customers.
Duties to include:
1: Telephone queries on price and availability
2: Processing telephone and fax orders onto PICS system
3: Liasing with production in Redditch and Blackburn for order dating
4: Liasing with purchasing regarding bough-out product order dating
5: Liasing with stores personnel for shipping purposes
6: The ability to communicate in German with key customers is an advantage.
The customer services department is at the ‘front end’ if the operation and our main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction. As such, staff are required to be fully flexible in terms of hours worked and duties undertaken.
Qualifications Required:
Ideally administration skills with the ability to process customer orders through production to dispatch/shipping.
