Our client is well established FMCG chilled and frozen Food Manufacturer. They are currently looking to appoint a production Manager to Support the Senior production manager in ensuring product quality, machine efficiency and maintenance, waste minimisation and all daily production targets and objectives are adhered to.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong presence in a shop floor environment supporting and developing those around you to achieve their potential. You will readily accept responsibility for improving the results and development of the team and the individual members within it.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the desire to achieve KPI expectations and ideally possess butchery experience. This role offers a realistic opportunity for succession planning for the right candidate.
