Programme Manager based in Wales
The Programme Manager is the Manufacturing sites interface with customers and manages customer relations. He/she will liaise with internal departments (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality etc), design centres, customer design teams and manufacturing sites. He/she will provide guidance to other team members and project contributors on establishing goals and deployed milestones to meet objectives. Ensures that individual team members plan and execute in line with best practices and established polices. The Programme Manager will co-ordinate cross function teams to ensure that objectives and schedules are met. Co-ordinate New Product Development process in line with TS16949 guidelines.
