C£35-£40k + Package
The purpose of this role is primarily to ensure that product quality leaving the PCB Assembly plant is of a high repeatable quality. This will be a "hands on" position responsiblefor developing the PCB Production facility and PCB design approach to a world -class level. Overall you will be responsible for the PCB manufacturing Process, co-ordinating the manufacturability during the design stage and looking at all PCB process improvements.
You will be Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years in Printed Circuit Board Assembly with experience in medium to high volume manufacture. Ideal candidates will have worked in the telecom, automotive or PCB subcontract industries. An in-depth understanding of the chemistry and processes of PCB fabrication and assembly to IPC standards is a pre-requisite.
