A major manufacturer of power semiconductor devices require an equipment engineer to take responsibility for the electrical and mechanical repair and maintenance of ATE equipment within the wafer probe test area, including backgrinding and lamination equipment. You should have a HND or HNC in an Engineering subject, 2 years experience in high volume semiconductor manufacturing and experience with 8D defect analysis, FMEA, and DOE.
