A major manufacturer of power semiconductor devices require a Senior Semiconductor Device Integration Engineer to work on CMOS, Bipolar, power and high voltage technologies. You will be responsible for analysing parametric results, device characterisation, evaluating DOEs, and supervisory responsibilities. You should have a BSc or PhD in Physics, Electronics Engineering or related, with 5+ years experience with semiconductor device development and integration at 0.35ìm.
