A worldwide manufacturer of power semiconductor technologies require a Senior Semiconductor Process Engineer, specialising in Etch.
You should have a degree in Physics, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Engineering or related, and 5+ years experience in etch processing in a volume manufacturing environment. Etch technology should include RIE, plasma, ICP and wet etching. Any experience with litho, photolith or thin film deposition would be advantageous. www.remjobs.co.uk
