A worldwide manufacturer of power semiconductor technologies require a Process Integration Engineer with 0.35ìm or lower technology experience. You should have a degree in Physics, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Engineering or related and 5+ years semiconductor process development experience and at least one years experience of process integration at 0.35ìm or below. Any knowledge of photolith or etching an advantage, as would the use of SEM, TEM, XRD or similar.
