A worldwide manufacturer of power semiconductors require a Senior Semiconductor Process Engineer, specialising in Photolithography, to work at technologies down to sub 0.35ìm on 8 inch or larger wafers. You should have a degree in Physics, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Engineering or related, and 5+ years experience in photolithography or lithography processing in both an R&D and manufacturing environment.
