This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing high volume electronics organisation. Their primary focus is on automotive systems.
The company seeks a Process Engineer with static and dynamic laser trimming experience that will be responsible for process equipment (stations) development, optimization of process efficiency, development and execution of process improvement plans/activities, perform time studies and process efficiency analysis. Knowledge of die attach / surface mount, wire bonding and interconnect, encapsulation using gels, resins and conductive materials, welding and joining, including flame soldering would be desirable.
