Our Client seeks to appoint 2 Manufacturing Engineers, qualified to Degree/HNC standard.
The first will have assembly experience in a light Electro/mechanical environment. You will also be adept in the design/introduction of tooling, jigs and fixtures. Knowledge of Kaizen would be an advantage.
The second will be a Machine Shop based Engineer responsible for supporting production machining needs as well as producing, jigs and fixtures.
Both Engineers will take full responsibility for assigned projects. It is essential that applicants have extensive knowledge, and experience of modern day, shop-floor processes. Covering cost estimating, CNC machining, fabrication, NDT and finishing operations.
In this role you will be required to project manage, provide cost and process planning documentation, and be versatile in improving overall manufacturing competitiveness across the business.
You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business and meet with customers.
