Our clients analog ICs, advanced-circuit devices, power systems, and components enable Internet hardware to gain speed and reliability, allow portable electronics to run longer off a single charge, improve automotive fuel efficiency and cut energy consumption in him appliances and industrial motors.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated successes and progressive advancements with eight to ten years in a high volume manufacturing industry. Must have direct experience of high volume automated manufacturing processes. Previous experience of electronics and / or automotive manufacturing would be a distinct advantage.
· Must be able to analyze manufacturing costs to identify key underlying engineering and process issues(process efficiency, yield, overall equipment effectiveness etc.) And direct engineering resources to develop effective short-term and long-term solutions to problems.
· Ideally will be familiar with the automotive industry quality requirements, QS9000, and Advanced Quality Planning. Understanding of FMEA, 8D and other formal improvement/analytical problem solving tools is essential.
Must have an understanding of Kanban production systems, JIT manufacturing concepts, and a team oriented production environment.
· Experience in any or all of the following Microelectronics skill technology areas would be desirable:
· Die attach / Surface Mount
· Wire Bonding and Interconnect
· Encapsulation using gels, resins and conductive materials
· Welding and Joining, including flame soldering
· Thick film hybrid technology
· Dynamic Laser trimming
· Robotic Assembly Equipment
