As an Operations Manager fotr this major FMCG manufacturer you will be assisting you will be instrumental in providing the business with an even greater competitive edge via the creation of a best practice focused lean manufacturing environment. Your primary objective, will therefore be to create and sustain a successful strategy, that both delivers key performance requirements.
You will ideally have experience as an Operations Manager/Factorry Manager directing CI initiatives within a unionised FMCG high speed packaging environment. As a proven 'change agent' you should have the motivation and vision to keep a change programme on course, identifying areas for performance improvement. You will also be adept at gaining 'buy in' at all levels and be familiar with leading cross-functional management teams, inspiring results through your 'make it happen' attitude.
This pivotal Opertions Manager role , offers the opportunity to work within a FMCG site that is passionate about its company and products and a culture that values its people.
