Our client is looking to appoint a Quality Compliance Executive to join the QA Department in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager you will be required to provide a specialist resource to the Quality Compliance team to ensure that all Quality issues relating to servicing the needs and expectations of Customers are appropriately addressed.
This will involve supporting and coordinating customer audits, agreeing agendas, ensuring that the response to the audits contains agreed action plans, and responding within timescales to fulfil customer expectations. Reviewing and approving Annual Product Reviews (APR's) for all products in line with customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Handling customer complaints and maintaining customer quality agreements and acting as the interface between the customer and the Quality group during the development phase for new products.
You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels as well as good knowledge of current GMP's, experience of MHRA and FDA inspections and a minimum of 4 years QA experience. A qualification to degree level or equivalent in a science related subject will be advantageous.
