Chilled Foods manufacturer is currently seeking Polish Speaking Team Leaders in their Production department to provide effective support to the Department Manager in the day to day running of a specific area.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day to day operation of the designated production area
Completing the safety checks on your specific area and overseeing the setting up of the lines ready for Production to start
Understanding equipment on the line and training and instructing others
Providing support to new product launches
Reducing wastage by monitoring and providing accurate information
Ensuring that the daily register is completed accurately and promptly
Conducting daily briefings with staff
Identifying training requirements within team
Ensuring that you maintain safety in line with organisational policy and strive to continuously improve the safety of the department
The successful candidate will be confident and committed, be in a similar role, have experience of the Food manufacturing sector and supervising people.
