Our client has a fantastic opportunity based in the Yorkshire area for a broadly experienced multi-site FMCG Manufacturing Technical Manager. Working along side the Heads of Food Safety, Technology, Trading Standards & Compliance you will continuously develop the factory technical teams and relevant food safety and quality systems & standards across a diverse product range including bakery, fresh produce and meat. This role will require you to build relationships at every level with people who are passionate about supplying top quality produce to one of the UK's leading retailers.
You will be ambitious and pragmatic as well as possessing a strong commercial awareness and a clear track record of leadership and aligning technical activities with demanding commercial objectives to achieve outstanding results.
