They now require a professional Plant Support Manager based in North London & Northern Home Counties who will assist the Manufacturing Manager in ensuring that the day to day issues of staff training, team leader development, project completion and driving their Lean Manufacturing programme and Continuous Improvement initiatives are followed through.
As the Plant Support Manager you will have experience of pioneering Lean techniques and driving cultural change to maximise production efficiencies and bottom line results.
