Our client based in the Yorkshire area are looking to appoint a Factory Support Manager to support the general manager in the running of the site. As a Factory Support Manager for this major FMCG manufacturer you will be instrumental in providing the business with a competitive edge via the creation of a best practice focused lean manufacturing environment ensuring KPIs/targets and budgets are consistently delivered on time and in full as well as complying with all operational standards/specifications/policy and procedures.
You will ideally have strong leadership and motivational skills gained form experience as a Production Manager/Operations Manager/Factory Manager, directing CI initiatives within a high speed packaging environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a FMCG site that is passionate about its company and believes that its people should feel that they are valued members of the Department/team.
