FMCG Chilled Foods manufacturer is currently seeking Team Leaders in their Production department to provide effective support to the Department Manager in the day to day running of a specific area.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day to day operation of the designated production area
Completing the safety checks on your specific area and overseeing the setting up of the lines
ready for Production to start
Understanding of the relevant equipment on the line and training and instructing others
Reducing wastage by monitoring and providing accurate information
Ensuring that the daily register is completed accurately and promptly
Conducting daily briefings with staff
Identifying training requirements within team
Ensuring that you maintain safety in line with organisational policy and strive to continuously
improve the safety of the department
Adhering to all QA policies and procedures and assisting QA improving the quality of our
products
Ensuring that hygiene and housekeeping within your area is in line with organisational policy
The successful candidate will be confident and committed, be in a similar role and have experience of the Chilled FMCG Food manufacturing sector. Knowledge of Eastern European languages would be advantageous.
