A leading FMCG Baked goods manufacturer now has a permanent opportunity based in the North West area for an Artisan Bakery/Confectionery Manager. You will be experienced in leading a team, ensuring high product quality, machine efficiency and maintenance, waste minimisation and all daily production targets and objectives are adhered to.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong presence in a shop floor environment supporting and developing those around you to achieve their potential. You will have strong motivational skills as well as experience of supervising/managing production within the Artisan Baker / Confectionery sector.
The successful candidate will be confident and committed, be in a similar role and experience of the Artisan or Confectionery Bakery sector is essential.
