A leading Baked Goods Manufacturer based in Hertfordshire is currently seeking a permanent Hygiene Controller to join their team.

Salary : £ 23,000

Key responsibilities include:
Motivating and supporting a Hygiene team
Implementing and maintaining a hygiene strategy in line with business needs
Planning weekly and monthly cleaning schedules to maintain overall bakery standards
Control of cost to plan
Liaising with other departments to maintain positive team working in a cross functional capacity
Ensuring compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety requirements
Legal compliance
Audit compliance
Project work
You will be able to lead and motivate the Hygiene department in achieving targets and continuously improving standards.
You will be in a similar position with experience operating in a food manufacturing environment. Knowledge of food safety, COSHH and health and safety are essential.
