A leading FMCG chilled foods Manufacturer is currently seeking a Quality Manager support the Technical Manager to effectively manage and develop the quality assurance department delivering a service of monitoring, improved product and process quality and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Responsibilities include:
Management and leadership of a quality and hygiene team
Assessment, review and continual development of the quality management system to meet
company, customer and local site requirements.
Leadership of team to ensure requirements of BRC are implemented and maintained. Main
point of contact for BRC, external bodies and customer audits.
Investigation of consumer complaints and quality issues and implementation of corrective &
preventive actions
Implementation of company quality and hygiene standards to achieve group audit standards
Communication of quality standards throughout site and associated guidance/trouble shooting
to adhere to requirements
Implementation of systems and procedures for the collection of relevant data.
Consistently meet KPI / business objectives
You will be a Quality professional within the Food Manufacturing sector, a true man-manager with a strong working knowledge of BRC, HACCP and Quality Management Systems.
