Our client, an international market leader and major supplier to major Automotive industry manufacturers, requires a talented and experienced SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER to drive forward new product and process control plans.
You will be responsible for the following;
1: Process development and design
2: Project manage development of new products
3: Developing machinery and tooling specifications
4: Enhancing and developing process and product capabilities, process controls, process plans, and FMEAs
5: Providing productivity and quality improvements through Kaizen activity
You need to demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in the Production Engineering field.
You will also be educated to minimum HNC, ideally degree level in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and have current experience coupled with a minimum of 3-5 years as a Production Engineer with experience in Kaizen environment.
You must possess good PC skills and have managed significant projects from ‘cradle to grave’.
Pipe forming/manipulation and brazing experience would be desirable but not essential.
