A leading FMCG Baked Goods manufacturer now has a permanent opportunity based in the West Midlands area for a Production Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will lead a team, ensuring product quality, machine efficiency and maintenance, waste minimisation and all daily production targets and objectives are adhered to.
This role is commutable from Birmingham, Leicester, Northampton & Coventry.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong presence in a shop floor environment supporting and developing those around you to achieve their potential. You will have strong motivational skills as well as experience of supervising/managing production within the FMCG sector. Experience of Continuous Improvement Programmes and Bakery knowledge would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be confident and committed, be in a similar role and experience of the Bakery sector would be advantageous.
