We currently require and experienced QHSE Advisor for our client whose expertise is in seismic and permanent downhole instrumentation.
The QHSE Advisor will be involved in conducting risk assessments and HSE audits at READ and client bases ensuring compliance with OHSAS18001 systems. Providing HSE advice and maintain company QHSE policy by liaising with external compliance authorities and legislative bodies. Further duties will include: providing regular QHSE reports on performance indicators for management, coordinating staff survey meetings, ensuring business continuity, managing the company accident and incident investigations procedure, liaising with Technical Trainer for the development and delivery of safety and training.
The successful candidate for this role will be degree qualified in Science/Engineering and/or relevant industry experience. Preference to those candidates that are NEBOSH qualified. Candidates will have a strong background and awareness of oil and gas industry with a client focused approach to HSE and a proven track record in a similar role. Must be able to demonstrate Microsoft office skills with excellent spoken/written English and confident in public speaking.
